Delivery communications are poor. Our items have taken 3 weeks to arrive and we still only have 7 of our 11 packages so we can't build our climbing frame. This was meant to arrive for my granddaughter's 1st birthday party. My daughter raised a complaint to outdoor toys over a week ago and still no one has been bothered to reply. We have no communications or updates on where the other items are or if they're evening coming at all. We are considering cancelling the entire order and buying from somewhere else as it's been a shambles from start to finish. This is not the service you expect when spending almost £1,000 of products. We will never use this site again. Please read other similar reviews and do not purchase from here!!!!
