Order placed over 2 weeks ago for my little girls birthday. No communication from them. Tried emailing, still no response after 5 days. Tried calling 30mins nothing, 18mins nothing then a 12min call still trying to be connected cut off. All whilst playing their fantastic reviews whilst on hold. Laughable. Terrible service
