Terrible company - ordered a swing set with lookout tower, took over 4 weeks and 4 different deliveries to finally receive the full order, this was only achieved through constant phone calls and emails.
Customer service try to be helpful but suggests they're being let down by warehouse/shipping.
Quality of items is okay, few splits to larger beams and some panels needed the rough edges taken off.
Instructions easy enough to follow.
