My partner left it very last minute to order our slide and swing for my daughter’s birthday thinking he’d be able to use the express delivery option. When it wasn’t available I spoke to a lady called Emma on live chat and she said to let her know the order number and she would mark it as priority. I ordered it on a Friday and it arrived first thing the following Thursday, we were really impressed. The quality of the slide and woodwork is great, it seems really sturdy and seems like it will last a good while! The only downside was that there were no pre-drilled holes but luckily my father in law is a pro at woodwork. It took him and his friend roughly a day to put it up.
