This is my third review regarding a swing and slide set purchased for my granddaughter and I am pleased to say that unlike the two previous scathing reviews I can write in a more positive manner as all difficulties have been resolved, entirely due to Emma who is a shining example of what customer service should be - a real credit to the Company. She always went that bit further to ensure the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction - if only more were like her, well done Emma and thanks.
