Ordered climbing/swing/slide frame. Order came in reasonable time, although the swing seat was missing, I was able to get in touch with customer service quickly and seat was sent out straught away. My toddler loves everything about it. One suggestion to other buyers..if you order the fabric boat or nest type of swing seat, be aware that the sun damages the fabric over time. Ours faded on the sun and the fabric started to rip very easily. So I would suggest to take the swing off when not in use (if in direct sun all day). And also want to mention that it is not company's fault, it's just the way it is..sun can do some damage.
