I was very disappointed with the communication from Outdoor Toys. No updates on our delivery and no way of tracking. On attempting to call I was on hold for over 1 hour, tried at different times and no answer. The phone lines are clearly unmanned. I sent an email which has responded to the next day with minimal details, causing more questions than answers. No apology for the delays with the telephone lines. Very poor however have marked up as the equipment is great. Hopefully service will be rectified for future customers.
