I had a extension/ summer house built and completed earlier this year. I cannot complain about the builders but am dissatisfied by the non service received since the built was finished.
I have have contacted the office regularly and spoke to at least 3 people who have all insured me that things that have not been completed will be sorted asap.
I have waited over 7 months now for full completion so I can get a building warrant.
I am now having to involve Trading Standards
