really poor customer service, paid for Express delivery which states 1-3 days, order has not even been dispatched after 3 days, umpteen phone calls, unanswered email and absolutely no empathy from customer service manager, just gargled excuses and an offer to refund the £3.95 delivery charge, what a bonus that is!!!
