Ive been a customer for 3 years now. I installed the Pro Ultimate Whole house kit, plus the mini-soft plus the Zero plus the Hydrogen Duo. Recently I swopped the Zero for the Fusion, and just now have come full circle- in as much as ALL the filters have now been changed on all items. So after the adjustment of having to keep abreast of all the filter changes, I can say that ive got the hang of it now, and I dont regret this journey. Osmio are a good company with great products!
