Service second to none. I dropped my osmio zero on the kitchen floor. Amazingly it didn't break but started to leak slightly. I brought it in for repair thinking I would be without it for a couple of weeks. It was fixed within an hour or so allowing me time to enjoy a walk around Eternal Lakes and great coffee and food in the café whilst waiting.
