Unfortunately this brace didn’t work for me, if you are at least 5’8” and have model thin legs I expect its brilliant, unfortunately I’m not so brace would not stay on, it was just to long for my short legs, as you have to cut the straps to try fitting I’m unable to return. My advice is if you need a knee brace do your research thoroughly before purchasing
