You cant rate a business thats fails every time I would personally rate any company that answers to its critics as a company worth dealing with. You only have to read the response or responses, in this case nil, from Origin to understand what sort of company this is. A company that doesn't give a toss about any of its customers. Overseas call centers are in place to keep their cost down, no direct company emails, the customer complaint email never gets addressed, the list goes on and on. As everyone else has endorsed on here, stay clear of them, dont enter into any contract with them as you'll have little or no recourse when it comes to getting out of it. I think those who favoured a positive outcome from Origin are clearly those who are linked to the company in some way For those of you who dont know what Origin stands for, allow me to enlighten you all.
