Found the company in a google search looking for a balustrade and handrail for a raised deck area. From the first contact to last the service provided by Origin was outstanding. Robyn provided first class support in the design and ordering process and when I sent a photo of packaging damaged by the courier, it was Robyn that noticed a handrail had been bent. She immediately arranged a replacement which arrived in perfect condition. I was wary about paying for everything up front, including the glass and not ordering the glass until the steelwork was installed. However I had nothing to worry about. Everything arrived when Robyn said it would and now it is installed we are delighted with it. I would recommend Origin without hesitation - I wish we had used them for our internal handrail... Its not that often you find a gem of a company with quality products and great service - this is one!
