I placed the order for a composter on the 19th April. Received no confirmation and despite numerous emails never received a response on expected delivery. I ordered another from a different supplier. The composter from Original Organics then arrived 21st May, i have sent emails to arrange a return but no reply received.
While I appreciate the current crisis is challenging for all retailers I would still expect communications.
