Very slow to send out orders and no replies to emails. When I phoned to find out what had happened to my order after about 5 days I was told it had been delayed because somebody had been on holiday for a couple of days but they also couldn't tell me exactly when it would be sent out because they were stock taking and didn't know when that would be completed. Won't be ordering from them again but saying that I do like the Gutter Mate rainwater diverter.
