Well the wormery is very nice and sturdy. I love the way they come in funky colours and that you can get your worms later. The website is clear and easy to use. However, the prices on the home page do not include VAT. So my wormery appeared to be £55.90 (inc worm voucher) on the product page. But, by the time I checked out it had increased to £61.85 because of added carriage and VAT. When I complained that the prices should clearly state whether or not they include VAT from the start, I was fobbed off with a patronising statement about the law - which I am quite clear about thank you! I was disappointed that they didn't take my complaint seriously.
