I requested a refund and received an email confirming that I could have a refund if I returned the item. I hired a courier, who delivered the item on 8 May and has a signature to prove receipt. Since then, I have emailed, sent messages via the website and made phone calls but still haven't received a refund. I check my credit card and PayPal account daily. I have had to raise this as a PayPal Dispute which is now awaiting your response.
