This company are very happy to keep my money but not send the items I ordered. I made my order on 26 April, after receiving no shipping information after a couple of weeks I contacted them to find out what had happened to it only to be informed that one of the items was out of stock and the order was on hold - that they didn't immediately notify me of this speaks to their lack of professionalism. And why put the entire order on hold if only one of the items wasn't in stock? They did offer to send the item in a different colour as that one was in stock, an offer which I accepted. That was on 9 May - I have not heard a single thing from them since then. Nothing has been shipped to me and I have now made repeated requests to have the order cancelled and to be refunded but they continue to ignore all my emails.
