We had our Origin bifold doors fitted by an installer, Origin themselves came back and replaced them. They continue to keep dropping but Origin will not cover this with there 20 year warranty dispute them fitting them. They obviously don’t stand by there guarantee! The seals have shrunk and let draft in but they have just dismissed this!
DO NOT BUY ANY ORIGIN PRODUCT as there guarantee does not cover anything and they don’t care about there customers
