Price, product quality and customer support are what I'm rating as 5*. I don't want to ruin what I understand is a digital metric in measuring something so volatile as a CX data point like these sorts of surveys BUT...your instructions on how to install the products you deliver suck. Get this fixed when you have some spare time, please. I've spent hours on DIY-ing and could've used some useful YT video or detailed slide with the kind of steps and good-to-know tips for doing what I think now...yeah, I'm confident I can aim at contracting to install these blinds for others.
