Easy to order online, they let me know there was a delay due to printer issues without me having to chase them. Blinds arrived promptly and were lovely and fit perfectly. One little thing is the supplied screws were too large to fit into the brackets to attach to the wall, but I have plenty of screws to use instead so it wasnt an issue for me.
