On 27.11.2021 walked into Orange shop in (Habeberas / Torevieja)
Explained agent I am looking for new contract which should include (SIM, eSIM, and 30GB)
Agent have been trying to creat account for 3 hrs. to creat account, when I asked how long it will take (she replied this is Spain, you need to be patient)
After 3 hrs. I told agent I DO NOT want any contract, and requested her to cancel it.
She got angry, and told to me to SHUT UP, and leave the shop.
Called Customer support requested them to cancel my request, meanwhile have received I have received cancelation confirmation.
Orange is asking me to pay bill for the month as well panelty.
I never received any SIM, or and other service :)
