I bought a brand new mobility scooter for 1295. It has broken down twice. I accepted the first repair. The second breakdown is due to first repair not having been done fully. Ive been without the scooter for several weeks in all and the company are insist I accept the 2nd repair and ignoring my consumer rights. They are nice when they want your business but not as nice when things go wrong. they are now threatening to remove the scooter from their warehouse if I do not accept its return. disgusting way to treat sick. disabled and vulnerable customers.
