I had my laser eye surgery done on Monday 23rd August and I can literally see everything now. It’s such a good feeling and it is more than definitely life changing. The stress of wearing glasses and contact lenses has been completely alleviated from my life and it feels so good . Every member of staff at Optyco has exceptional customer service. Ellie from the beginning was so reassuring and was so friendly and lovely throughout my whole experience. She really knows how to make people feel at ease before the surgery and is a people’s person for sure. Azim and Raheem were both fantastic, informative and so friendly all throughout. I felt like I could ask them anything at any point. Mark the surgeon was fantastic, he made the whole process feel so comfortable and calm and told me everything that he was doing, which definitely helped to ease my nerves. The surgery itself was not what I expected.. it was so easy and painless and the effects of it are just simply incredible. I can’t believe I can see everything clearly, literally the best thing I have ever done and I wish I had done it earlier. Extremely professional service and lovely staff. I had three different consultations and Optyco were by far the best practice. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much X
