From the initial call and getting a provisional quote the experience I received was really positive. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful and very efficient. Feedback i received from those that attended the course was that the content was very relevant to the course and it was full of enthusiasm and engagement and they would recommend it to their colleagues. The course was structured at a good pace and content covered was in the right amount of detail. It was felt there could have been a more coverage of electric shock hazard and treatment, newborn/children first aid outside of work. All in all experience and feedback was very positive.
