As the Training Coordinator of my organisation, I booked the Paediatric First Aid training for 12 staff members and the feedback was excellent.
The trainer demonstrated excellent knowledge of the subject matter and conducted the training session in a professional manner. Also, the traner facilitated an environment that encouraged learning engagement thriugh role plays and practical demonstration session.
Learners had very positive things to say about their learning experience and that they learnt a lot.
Overall, it was excellent!
