It was very convenient and by far the best option that I could find to have in house training. The trainer was excellent. He was an extremely effective communicator with a lot of relevant experience. He pitched the training well to suit a wide range of people. He maintained interest and pace, and always had time to answer questions. We came away feeling that we were much better informed and able to deal with first aid situations.
