Excellent process from initial booking to receiving the certificates after the course. We had to change our original date and found it easy to do with just a phone call Lydia changed our date for us no problem.
The trainer was very knowledgeable and also made everyone on the day feel comfortable and at ease and also added lots of humour which we all enjoyed.
The certificates came within a couple of weeks via email. I would highly recommend Onsite First Aid Training Company.
