Unfortunately there was an error made by Onsite First Aid Training Company Customer Service adviser, which resulted in our employees losing a days work as they were in the office waiting for a trainer to arrive but as the booking had been inputted incorrectly no trainer had been appointed to us!! After speaking to Marie a new date was booked and everything ran smoothly. The trainer was very knowledgable and friendly which made the day enjoyable and pass quickly.
