Ray did a fantastic job fixing the wiring of a delicate mid-century chandelier and did it in the most professional & polite manner, communicating to me throughout and patiently taking the time to explain what the problem was. It took him less than an hour from when I called to when he actually arrived on site and the chandelier is now fixed. Very happy with how professional everything was handled.
