The particular piece of furniture that we purchased was at the lowest price that we could find. We are so pleased with this quality, solid oak item. The furniture was well packaged and in perfect condition. Only Oak provided us with excellent email communications from start to finish. A minor issue was that the courier that delivered should have telephoned us prior to the time slotted of delivery, however this did not happen, no biggy. The courier driver was very polite and friendly and took care when delivering the furniture. Overall, we are extremely pleased.
