I was looking to purchase a dining table and scouring the internet for the best price. Only Oak were keenly priced although not the very cheapest. Having had initial interactions with Only Oak and another two (slightly cheaper) internet retailers it was clear to me that Only Oak were a very well run company with excellent and prompt customer service so I ordered from them. Unfortunately for me during the ordering process my browser auto-completed only my post code wrong (previous address) so I didn't spot it and my delivery ended up failing. The manner and speed in which Only Oak sorted out the problem was extremely impressive and professional. I have no hesitation recommending this company even over slightly cheaper ones.
