communication was an issue, I ordered a chair and said was in stock which is wasn't. Waited a week then phoned to see what had happened to be told it was not in stock , I was told I had been emailed but I checked every box and no Email to be found . I spoke to a great guy who sorted it out by going with another colour . Packaging was in a bad state but chair was good . Would I use them again yes I would but only to give them another chance . Anne
