Poor service from start to finish. 1) The item arrived late. 2) When it did arrive it was damaged. 3) Trying to return it is difficult. 4) The Returns procedure / portal doesn't work - the number on your invoice and postcode/Zipcodes couldn't be found so I cannot return. 5) Did not get a reply to emails. With no telephone number and limited times to speak with online chat I wish I had just bought with Amazon. The positive was when I could speak with Online chat Sam was as helpful as could be and tried. Shame the systems let this company down and they use APC couriers for delivery which is awful.
