Responsive by online chat and helpful. Good product selection. I like that their stock levels are real time. Unfortunately they delayed delivery by a week because of delayed stock on their side. Delivery was fine but the box was damaged and ripped in a few places. Item appears olay but will have to install to check it is working. The way it was taped meant unpackaging ripped the box even more - not great when you are buying as a gift. Would buy from them again if the price is right.
