First time I used one waste they were efficient and reliable. Since then they have gone serious down hill with a very unreliable service. I agreed on a collection date one week prior to pick up. I confirmed that this was happening as planned the day before and agreed a tentative time for the morning but driver would call. Driver does not call, and I only get notified that delivery would not happen on day agreed when I called the company. I had gone out my way to be there for the collection and now I have to rearrange my day around another collection date. Very unreliable company and could not recommend them again after previously giving them a good review.
