Excellent Service from ordering to delivery. I phoned before making my purchase online as I had a couple of queries. They were very helpful and polite and the I used the website easy to order, which was so easy. I had emails and text messages to inform me of delivery updates, etc. My floor arrived on time, no damaged boxed and the delivery person was very helpful. The product looks amazing and I cannot wait for it to be laid. I will definitely be using One Stop Flooring again.
