I didn’t get the photo from Hermes and their safe place was too good to find (I instructed neighbour delivery). Contacted £1 sweets and was just given loads of negativity saying it was all my fault. I wasn’t after any freebies just acknowledgment that they’d spoken to Hermes as my item was soaked through and not fit to give as a gift.
Pretty amateur.
