I bought a 70cm jelly base for my 70 cm bottle, but unfortunately it didn't fit- it is hard to tell what fits what bottle. The form to report it as faulty (I had a photo of it with space around the base) didn't work, so in the end I returned it at my own cost & hope to receive reimbursement for the item at least. Live chat didn't help & received an email 2 days later, by which time I had posted it. My bottle is quite old, but in honour of sustainability I keep replacing its top. Once the bottle is no longer usable I will probably replace with another brand.
