I was a bit hasty reviewing as I was still waiting to hear back from customer service regarding an issue with my order. There seemed to be an issue with the payment service (simpler) so therefore my order wasn’t processed yet I’d been charged. As soon as I spoke to Binny at One Green Bottle they spent the weekend chasing up the issue to resolve it for me! My order is now on route and I am a very happy customer. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from OneGreenBottl I love their ethos and their products. I wish more big companies were truly committed to solving the ecologically destructive plastic problem!
