I live in Brighton and went along to the shop/offices for a replacement lid today. They were closed, when I arrived, but when I called they opened up immediately. Their service was amazing- the card machine was not working I was asked if I had paypal- which I don't, so was given the goods for free even though I said I'd transfer the money, through BACS, when I got home.
It'll be great to see the shop launched and up and running.
