My payment faled on the 28th July which I admit is my error as must have entered new debit card details wrongly. I was only notified about this on the 10th August by email and by phone, why did it ake so long to contact me, this my credit scoring that you are effecting by this delay in contacting me and quite frankly very ppor customer service.
