Very disappointed with the service. I completely understand that these are difficult times but why continue to take orders you cannot fulfill. I placed and order on the 14 June 2020 and as of the 28 August 2020 still not arrived. I have asked several times for a refund and this has not been given. I have now asked paypal to step in. I have a message on my answer phone saying you have not sent my order out. Messaged on messenger and you have not answered. I would like to buy products else where so please refund my money so I can do this.
