I was asked, indeed nagged to sign every drawing and part of the contract. This certainly focused me to get it right. It was a pity then that Olson did not have the same attention to detail. The wrong kit was loaded on the truck resulting in late arrival on site. This was compounded by further things having to be sent from base the next day. This put extra pressure on the install team (who worked very hard), made worse on the third day by the Office telling them they had to go on to a job in Liverpool - which was two hours drive north - although the office thought it - 'on the way home'. Again this rushed the install team - which required my builders to finish off some things we had not noticed had not been finished after Team left the site. Being asked for full payment before the team left site - therefore leaves a sour taste in the mouth. To date I am content with the product - the first winter will tell.
