I would've loved to write a review based on actually being in receipt of my order but, sadly, I never got it. I ordered click and collect, and got an email to tell me I had until 31 January to collect from store. I even called the store on the day I planned to collect to ask if my partner could collect it on my behalf. The staff member confirmed so my partner travelled there especially, only to be told on arrival that the order wasn't actually in store and had likely been sent back to the warehouse (prior to the date I had been provided).
I contacted customer service and they just issued a refund on the basis the items had sold out and could not be reordered. I received no credit or compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience and the disappointment of losing out on the items through no fault of my own, which I think is extremely poor given the time, effort and money wasted on trying to collect it.
