From reception team to mechanics, all the experience went very smooth, everyone extremely professional. I have booked an appointment, because I could hear a subtle engine noise, which I wasn't sure if was caused by something, or it was a normal noise. After some test, I have received a full report and complete information on what could cause the noise. Now my car will go under a more complex investigation and have it fixed.
