Had hotel booked (and separately spa day for the wife directly with hotel) paid for and confirmed. I even printed everything off as requested to give to the hotel.
Next day got a phone call to say there had been an error so the booking was cancelled - had to then get the spa day cancelled.
Managed to get another booking in a different hotel but they were fully booked in the spa - so now 1 p***ed off wife.
