The whole process of booking was very easy. Lots of good information on hotels and their special offers. I had a question to ask as I was completing the booking online and used the 0845 number to get this answered. The lady who answered was most helpful and was actually able to complete the booking for me from the details that I had entered. A confirmation email was received almost immediately and the hotel also confirmed very quickly.
Overall a great way to book a holiday!
