1. On arrival at the hotel, Farthings, we found that we had NO reservation as I had not confirmed the booking with you and had just assumed that on receiving the voucher and having paid for it, it was all done.
2. Although the hotel was alright, as hotels go, I have had more ‘Luxurious’ stays at ‘Premier Inns' and could hardly class this one in the ‘Luxury’ category considering the price that I paid.
